We do our best to confirm the quality and condition of your items as thoroughly as possible during our intake process. You do not need to remove labels. We remove labels ourselves so you avoid damaging your products. We do not accept incomplete items with product missing from inside the boxes, or lot numbers that don't match. Damage to the product, such as stains, ink, cuts, tears, scrapes, crushed packaging, or broken seals, and product close to or past expiration is subject to a different rate of pay compared to MINT condition. If there is damage underneath the labels, we will pay a reduced rate. We do not pay for product damage deemed unacceptable. They will be rejected during pickup and will not be returned if shipped.Everything is subject to in-person inspection before payment. If you are quoted a price during intake and the items do not match during in-person inspection, we will update the quote before payment. Be aware that we do not pay for or return items we receive from shipping that have unacceptable damage. Please do your due diligence to thoroughly inspect your items and refer to our Price Sheet Instructions.DO NOT ship products if you do not receive a confirmation number AND submit the intake form. We will not pay for products not recorded during intake. In-person pickups are more lenient, but we still need your confirmation number and intake form prior to scheduling a pickup.Thank you. You can text us the complete list of your items in advance to get the process started. Must include Brand Name, Expiration Dates, Quantity of each type, and condition of packaging if not MINT condition.

You will confirm items you will sell (to the best of your ability): Provide Brand Names, Expiration Dates, Quantity, Condition (send photos to customer support if requested)
When prompted, fill out the Intake Form with your Name, Email, Phone Number, and Confirmation Number provided by customer support. If you do not receive a Confirmation Number and submit the Intake Form, we will not be able to schedule your pickup or accept your shipment. This serves as your receipt and also helps our organization to stay organized to get you paid for your supplies quickly and efficiently.
Can we trust Med Exchanger? Med Exchanger has been in business since 2020. We value integrity and quality. Most of our business is conducted in person with a friendly and professional representative. With shipping, we are transparent about the process and ensure a smooth transaction.
Is it legal to sell my diabetic supplies? Yes. You can legally sell your diabetic testing supplies that are considered Over-The-Counter (OTC).
How long does it take to get paid? Payment is completed within 24 hours after receiving your items. We typically will pay you the same day after checking in your items. If you use our pick-up service, you get paid on the spot. If using ACH (direct deposit), it is subject to banking hours.
Why did the price change after my quote? If you received a quote and the price changed, here are a few reasons. We may have received items with damaged/broken seals that were not accounted for during the quote, or we received your items after the 21st, which is our official date when prices are subject to change. Be mindful of our detailed Price Sheet information about price updates. You may have sent more or less items than quoted. We will always contact you to confirm discrepancies.
Do we buy expired supplies? There are some items that we do buy beyond the expiration date. We must confirm these items in advance because not all items on our price sheet are accepted after expiration.
Do we return items that have been shipped by mistake? We do not return items and we have a policy in place that our customers are aware of and agree to prior to selecting to ship products to us.
Is there a minimum amount I can sell? We have no minimum amount we can purchase. However, when it comes to selecting in-person pickup, there may be a minimum depending on the location of the pickup. In some cases, it may be best to ship your items.
Is there a maximum amount I can sell? There is no maximum amount we can purchase. When it comes to shipping logistics, we just have to confirm that the packaging option you select is substantial enough to protect the products.
